Job Summary
Analyze existing tactical plans across Processing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Production to identify common elements for standardization. Translate unstructured plans into a structured data model and build a centralized database ensuring data quality. Develop a Power BI dashboard tracking progress, performance, and status of tactical actions while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions. Identify opportunities for improving planning and reporting processes and deliver clear documentation including data models and user manuals. This hands-on internship within BASF's Operations Excellence team offers real business impact, guiding you from data structuring to a fully functional Power BI solution while strengthening cross-functional visibility.
