Job Summary
Internship in Technical Customer Services to support enterprise and B2B mobile connectivity issues. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical/operational queries, following up on complex customer cases, updating support tickets within service levels, collaborating with Technical Support and other teams, documenting troubleshooting steps and processes, supporting Service Account Managers with operational activities, contributing ideas to internal processes, and developing knowledge of mobile telecommunications services (calls, SMS, data, eSIM). Strong English communication, proactive learning mindset, analytical/problem-solving skills, and teamwork are required; familiarity with ticketing/CRM tools and basic telecom knowledge are a plus.
