Job Summary
Internship in Autonomous Mobility focusing on radar-based base project management. You will coordinate and track project activities, analyze KPIs and performance metrics, prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, identify opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with international cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment. The role offers hands-on experience by working closely with experienced project managers, with opportunities to take ownership and contribute ideas, and to write your thesis in collaboration with the company. Flexible working model with home office options and an attractive internship compensation. Requirements include being a student in Industrial Engineering, Business, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field; experience with Confluence, Power BI, and Jira is a plus; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication skills; fluency in English and very good German; enrollment certificate and transcript of records; and, for non-EU candidates, residence/work permits. The placement is based in Lindau, Bavaria (Germany), with an in-person remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Student (m/f/diverse) in Industrial Engineering, Business, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience with collaboration and data analysis tools such as Confluence, Power BI, and Jira is a plus
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in project management, data analysis, and mobility technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Structured, proactive, and ownership driven working style
- Fluent English and very good German skills are absolutely essential for us
- Current enrollment certificate and latest transcript of records
