Job Summary
Internship role at QuEra Computing focused on AI-powered photonics design to accelerate PIC development for neutral-atom quantum computers. Responsibilities include building AI-driven photonics design and optimization pipelines, incorporating DoE and DfM principles to improve yield and robustness across foundries, and collaborating with photonics engineers and systems teams to align designs with quantum computer integration. Qualifications emphasize pursuing or recently completed degrees in CS, physics, mathematics, or related fields, strong Python and AI tooling skills, PIC development tools and optimization algorithms, understanding of PIC physics and foundry processes, and experience with DoE/DfM in PIC design. Required Qualifications
