Job Summary
Conduct on-field coaching, manage program development, handle marketing and advertising, oversee inventory control, and perform office management duties within the Soccer Shots JOCOKS franchise. Assist with training children in leadership, communication, and sports management while supporting diverse populations. Requires a reliable personal vehicle, strong organization, and experience working with youth or adults in a sports environment. Earn $15–$26 per session based on level and role. Flexible schedule with gas reimbursement and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Motivated, with an ability to be self-directed as well as work collaboratively
- Strong background from participating, planning or working within the sports environment
- Previous experience working with youth and adults
- Can work and understand the needs of a diverse population
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
