Prepare and launch fixed asset investment processes based on PSW technical documents, tracking SAP immobilization data updates from Accounting. Consolidate asset inventory at suppliers using received responses and draft monthly reports on investment and asset status. Collaborate with management controllers to improve and standardize investment procedures and rules. Gain knowledge on asset management, including monitoring, disposal, and financial reporting systems, while working closely with cross-functional teams.
