Job Summary
Manage guest inquiries and bookings by responding to emails regarding requests and last-minute changes. Proactively identify operational gaps and improve processes while maintaining clear team oversight. Ensure every guest feels heard and supported through proactive problem-solving and initiative. Work within our operations team to create seamless experiences behind the scenes at our award-winning escaperooms in Amsterdam.
