Job Summary
Own the end-to-end execution of a six-month project by selecting a focus area such as brand launch logistics, onboard hospitality design, operations playbooks, B2B commercial outreach, growth marketing, or product digital experience. Collaborate directly with Co-Founders or the Chief of Staff to shape the future of Nox's overnight train network across Europe. Submit a written rationale and a raw video pitch detailing your vision and a past project you built or organized. Report daily to leadership while leveraging AI-native tools to ship work before being asked.
Required Qualifications
- You are currently studying, on a gap semester, or have recently graduated
- You have first hands-on experience from internships, student ventures, your own side projects, association leadership, or any environment where you owned something end-to-end
- You are an exceptionally strong communicator
- You combine structured thinking with hustler energy
- You are AI-native
- Fluent English
- You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship
