Internship - Onsite Support

Job Summary
Onsite Support Intern will troubleshoot basic IT issues on site, prepare devices for new or existing employees, support end users with self-service tools, manage hardware inventory, assist with warranty processes, update OSS documentation, and contribute to on-site projects such as office relocations and meeting-room setup. You are currently studying IT or a related field, comfortable working with people, have a basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems, and can communicate clearly in English and Polish. Must be able to work on-site in the Kraków office.
