Job Summary
Internship in Global Supply Chain – New Product Industrialization (NPI) team in Rivalta di Torino. Support the Senior NPI Leader with coordination of industrial activities for a new repair program, interface with the Program Manager and Global Supply Chain, assist in evaluating milestone attainment toward Production Readiness and Manufacturing Target Cost, participate in NPI projects, align project plans in systems, provide interim reports, and support cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and successful development and deployment of the repair program. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and effective communication to advance program goals and ensure readiness for manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Engineering field or in STEM disciplines
- Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
- Desire for hands-on approach to resolving opportunities/issues
- Curious and eager to learn
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
