Job Summary
Internship focusing on NAND cell characterization and development of AI-enabled tools for automating analysis of micro-probing waveform data. Responsibilities include collaborating with CELL engineers to understand workflows, building modular AI components for waveform ingestion and feature extraction, developing a 1:1 delta analysis engine against internal reference waveforms, generating detailed engineer-facing reports, implementing an HITL validation interface, validating tool robustness with test cases, and documenting modules and usage guidelines. Requires pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science) with knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, Python/C/C++, and signal processing; familiarity with NAND flash operations and LLM/agent frameworks is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including LLMs and embeddings.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and/or C/C++.
- Basic knowledge of signal processing and time-domain waveform concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
