Job Summary
Facilitate med call, ensure safety and security on the Teen Challenge campus, and unpack and inspect incoming student belongings. Conduct regular student room inspections, accompany the student body on scheduled outside events and appointments, and serve as the main after-hours point of contact for staff and the executive director. Maintain lodging at the center and assume responsibility for shutting down and locking up the facility at night. This role supports the early foundational years of the first Women's Teen Challenge Home in Maryland, bringing hope to struggling women in Baltimore City.
