Job Summary
Internship Marketing & Communications role supporting a wide range of communication activities, including creating engaging social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, strengthening internal communications and employee engagement, content creation and visual design for internal/external audiences, and assisting in planning/promotion of events and campaigns. Work closely with the Global Growth team across an international organization; opportunity to develop skills in content creation, visual communication, social media, internal communications, branding, and change communication using tools like Canva, Viva Connections, SharePoint, and PowerPoint in Amsterdam with a partly remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying an MBO/HBO program in communications, marketing, media, journalism, business communication, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, content creation, and storytelling
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
- Creative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of communication projects
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in collaborating with colleagues across different teams and locations
