Job Summary
Internship: manage data-driven customer experience work including modeling the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, defining adoption KPIs, building data models in Planhat and BI stack, and designing digital interventions (trigger-based emails, in-app nudges, automated health checks) while measuring impact. Collaborate directly with Customer Operations, Product Experts, and Technical Infrastructure to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Strong academic performance in CS/Data Science/Math/Physics/Business Informatics and proficiency in SQL and Python are required; exposure to modern data tooling (dbt, Snowflake, Looker) is beneficial. AI-native tooling and lifecycle thinking in pipelines are valued; the role emphasizes hands-on data work and measurable customer impact in a hybrid, Mannheim-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Top student in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Informatics
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Experience with data modeling and BI tooling; familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, Looker is not a learning objective but relevant knowledge
