Job Summary
Identify key information across departments by engaging with subject-matter experts and making it accessible to others. Assist in creating engaging content such as e-learning modules, documentation, videos, and webinars using modern tools and techniques. Help launch learning initiatives via the LMS, support internal webinars, and gather feedback to improve content effectiveness. Work closely with experienced professionals to gain exposure in instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and digital content creation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive and creative mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in content creation, instructional design, or digital media
- Curiosity about finance, technology, and how people learn
- Willingness to learn tools like Confluence and JIRA
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, or similar)
- Familiarity with SAP LMS, Webex, or Microsoft Teams
- German language skills
- Interest in working with software development teams
