Job Summary
Internship - IT: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software; provide technical support to end-users; maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and servers; participate in the development and testing of new software applications; document processes and procedures for IT systems and support; collaborate with the IT team on projects; perform regular updates and backups to ensure data integrity and security; monitor system performance and report issues to senior IT staff. Encourages growth through mentorship and exposure to real-world IT challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
