Job Summary
Manage and maintain information systems, including hardware and software, while working closely with global and regional service desk teams to fulfill end-user requirements. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to PC requests and task fulfillment, covering new hire installations, life cycle replacements, inventory management, and shop ticket adherence to stipulated SLA timeframes. This one-year contract IT internship in Hsinchu reports to the ABS IT OPS supervisor and involves maintaining company standard workplace applications to ensure smooth daily business operations.
