Job Summary
Analyze, design, implement, and manage capability-building projects and offerings, including their evaluation. Serve as the primary point of contact for a global leadership development program, handling participant support, planning, communications, vendor engagement, and applicant screening. Create content and socialize materials via Google Sites, slide decks, newsletters, surveys, infographics, and videos. Co-facilitate workshops with Medical Affairs and Disease Area teams to strengthen skills and processes, while planning in-site and virtual learning events with external vendors. Generate insights and evaluations post-event to share findings with stakeholders. Support the Nucleus team with ad-hoc projects across sub-chapters. This 12-month internship begins 01.01.2027 in Basel for Master's students in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields, requiring fluency in English and proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft 365.
