Join a small autonomous team to work on real products used by millions, ranging from banking software to AI tools and augmented reality experiences. Sit inside an actual squad—whether in Talent, IT, Design, or a client project—to execute work that matters rather than busywork. Receive direct mentorship from an assigned guide for any question and attend lunch talks, hackathons, and conferences to learn emerging tech. Bring your side projects and portfolio to demonstrate your ability to take ownership and act independently. Minimum 12-week commitment required, based near Ghent, Leuven, or Antwerp.
