Job Summary
Interns will support the Sourcing team by helping to maintain accurate product and inventory data that informs decisions across 20+ markets. You will participate in product organization, inventory planning, supplier ordering, and data management, providing accurate data and insights with guidance from experienced teammates. You’ll stay current with new AI platforms and tools to improve the speed and quality of analysis of large data volumes, while developing English communication skills in an international, hybrid Belgrade office. The role emphasizes attention to detail, data accuracy, and a commercial mindset for understanding how data impacts customers and business performance, with mentorship and opportunities for growth and potential continuation after the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Interest in data and AI tools
- Ability to manage data accurately
- Experience with data systems or tools (preferred)
- Interest in international e-commerce and sourcing
