Job Summary
Source and identify new freelance specialists including Translators, Proofreaders, Medical Writers, and Regulatory Consultants through specialized platforms. Search for candidates, post opportunities, review applications, and communicate with potential Vendors. Support onboarding by reviewing documentation, collecting agreements, and setting up profiles across internal systems. Assist with vendor certification by scheduling tests, coordinating reviews, and tracking certification progress. Help negotiate Vendor rates based on services and project requirements. Maintain accurate Vendor records and create reports to monitor recruitment and certification activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop business, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills while gaining insight into how a global translation and localization company operates.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to sign an internship agreement through your higher educational institution
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large amounts of information
