Internship in HR Service Delivery (12 months)

Job Summary
HR Service Delivery intern will support HR administrative processes related to information systems, data management and documentation for the employee lifecycle. The role requires attention to detail, customer focus and proficiency in Excel. English proficiency is required; knowledge of Oracle HCM and ServiceNow is helpful but not essential. The intern must be currently enrolled in a university in Business Administration and remain an active student for the next 12 months. Hours are Monday–Friday, with options 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and an economic subsidy of ¢ 400,000 per month. Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled pursuing a university degree in Business Administration
- Remain as an active student at the University during the internship for the next 12 months
- Immediate full-time availability with hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience using Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management and ServiceNow (helpful but not essential)
