Job Summary
Support daily operations in the BPS & MFE team by driving Lean Principles initiatives such as S-CIP, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen. Analyze manufacturing data including downtimes and cycle times to derive actions for process improvement, while implementing technical solutions on the shopfloor. Contribute to special projects by developing digital solutions like Power BI dashboards and Tact & Andon systems, and standardize processes using 8D problem-solving techniques. Gain broad insight into manufacturing operations and assembly processes through direct support of local colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Analytical skills and ability to quickly understand and work with new topics
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for own work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point
- Working knowledge of digital tools like PowerBI, programming
- Result-oriented and pro-active attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Swedish and/or German as advantage
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in Master's program
