Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and prepare reports and presentations based on statistical analysis. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within HR functions and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives. Provide support for HR Transformation projects, including research, documentation, and coordination. This internship supports the Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) team in various projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems.
