Job Summary
Housekeeping Management Trainee at INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery. Lead a large housekeeping team, manage schedules, assign room lists to attendants, order supplies, and assist the Housekeeping Manager with ad hoc tasks. Develop leadership and management skills in a dynamic, multicultural hotel environment. Collaborate with other departments to keep housekeeping tasks on track, maintain high cleanliness standards, and ensure guests experience well-maintained rooms. The role offers 30-38 hours per week, a €750 monthly trainee allowance (based on 38 hours weekly), cross-training opportunities across departments, meals, international career opportunities within the Accor Group, and a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in hospitality management (MBO or HBO)
- Available for at least 5 months starting from August/September
- Available for 30-38 hours per week
