Job Summary
Prepare financial analyses and calculations for tax-exempt bond financings to ensure compliance with federal tax laws and regulations. Gather historical investment information and analyze data using spreadsheet models to determine investment returns and federal tax compliance for arbitrage projects. Assist analysts in preparing arbitrage reports, developing financial models, preparing yield calculations, loan amortization schedules, complex allocation analyses, swap/hedge analysis, presentations, marketing materials, and research. Work 20 hours per week starting ASAP with compensation of $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- knowledge of fixed income securities
- general market principals
- spreadsheet and database applications
- accounting principles
