Job Summary
Key-in supplier invoices into IFS accurately, perform invoice matching, and verify supporting documents while maintaining proper filing for all AP documents. Assist in maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records to ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal guidelines. Support process and product engineers in PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, and participate in failure analysis for production defects. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support NPI and ongoing production, and assist in compiling data for month-end and year-end closing. Download weekly reports on late orders and surplus, compare prices for indirect materials, and prepare lists for procurement. This internship is based in Senai and offers exposure to Kitron's global electronics manufacturing operations across Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, and the US.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
