Internship – Equity Research Analyst (Summer 2027)

Job Summary
Equity Research Analyst intern participates in the research process, provides quantitative support for industry- and company-specific research, and assists with field research. Works in small teams to cover a portfolio of stocks, collects industry data, writes reports, and communicates findings. Interacts directly with company management and with Sales & Trading personnel and institutional clients. Requires current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program with a December 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation, and strong academic performance; skill set includes advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities, analytical and presentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The program is a 10-week internship based in Milwaukee, WI, designed to evaluate fit for potential full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program required
- Graduation date December 2027 or Spring 2028
- Finance/Accounting degree strongly preferred
- Track record of proven academic excellence
- Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
