Job Summary
Internship: Duty Manager Intern assisting the Operations Manager and General Manager across Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping and Reservations; gaining exposure to back-of-house departments (Finance, HR, Engineering); contribute to daily operations, hospitality quality, and operational optimization; participate in cross-department projects, develop leadership and communication skills, and progress toward an operational (team) leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Are enrolled in an MBO or HBO study in Hospitality Management or a similar field
- Available for at least 6 months, preferably 10 months
- Available 4 or 5 days per week
- Live in the Netherlands and have the right to work in the Netherlands
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves
- Flexible and occasionally able to work outside standard office hours
- Affinity with hospitality, quality control and operational processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
