Job Summary
Debt Advisory Intern at Frankfurt office supporting financing projects in national and international contexts, including structuring acquisition/growth financing, refinancing and restructuring. Analyze corporate strategy and debt structures, prepare transaction-related documents, and maintain direct client contact. Assist in preparing operating/financial models, company valuations and meaningful debt-presentations. Work independently and actively support ongoing financing projects, client acquisition and CRM maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- At least four semesters in business administration, financing, economics, and industrial engineering with excellent grades
- Preferably first experience gained from previous internships, ideally Corporate Finance/M&A, Banking, Consulting or Audit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Native German speaker and fluency in English required
