Job Summary
Internship - CRM & Email Marketing: support the creation and deployment of email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches), assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and reviewing personalized content, manage email calendar and timelines, collaborate with Design/Marketing/eCommerce/Data to gather input, learn email marketing best practices, assist in setting up and documenting A/B tests, support customer lifecycle campaigns (welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, reactivation, retention), help with audience segmentation and personalization, monitor campaign performance via dashboards (Power BI), analyze results and summarize learnings, gain hands-on experience in how customer journeys are built and optimized. The role is based in Amsterdam and offered as a 6-month internship starting September 2026 with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Communication, Business, Data/Analytics, or similar)
