Job Summary
Implement corporate, information, and IT security initiatives by conducting risk assessments, identifying threats, and documenting vulnerabilities. Support the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and internal guidelines while performing security checks on offices, facilities, systems, and operational processes. Protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal requirements, contractual obligations, and security regulations. Assist in incident investigations, user access reviews, and the secure handling of hardware, software, and data. Contribute to security awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and internal/external audit activities. Collaborate with IT, Operations, People, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate security strategies into practical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level German language skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Valid work permit

- Relevant vocational training, professional experience, internships, certifications, personal projects, or practical exposure in corporate security, information security, IT security, compliance, risk management, IT, operations, or a related area
- Previous practical experience in corporate security, information security, IT security, compliance, risk management, operations, or quality management
