Job Summary
Conduct forensic analysis and quantification of damages for construction disputes, including evaluating delays, productivity impacts, and change orders. Support the analysis and preparation of construction claims by reviewing project documents, evaluating costs and schedules, and performing risk analysis. Ensure work products conform to quality standards while completing timekeeping for billing. Communicate professionally with stakeholders and apply a learning mindset to build foundational knowledge of construction claims and dispute resolution. Gain hands-on experience supporting real client engagements alongside experienced consultants, with mentorship from senior team members.
