Job Summary
Internship in Category Management IT & Gaming at MediaMarkt Rotterdam focusing on building a scalable, live e-learning program for hardware categories (notebooks, tablets, desktops, printers, monitors, e-readers) by contributing to strategy-to-execution, creating engaging training content, coordinating with HR and external partners, and shaping a commercial learning ecosystem for the business. Expect to analyze learning landscapes, translate insights into a structured training roadmap, collaborate with HR Learning & Development to align initiatives with company frameworks, work with IT & Gaming category teams to produce technically accurate content, develop project management and stakeholder-communication skills, and guide suppliers to contribute high-quality materials. The role requires enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, strong project management, effective communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; English fluency is required with Dutch/French a plus. Location: Rotterdam; 36-40 hours/week; internship type: Full Time/Part Time; entry-level student position.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Education, HR, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong project management skills; able to independently structure projects, set priorities, and manage deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Proactive, self-starting, able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
