Job Summary
Influence and lead change to improve firmwide processes while meaningfully contributing in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Collaborate across the firm to help ensure highly efficient customer service through hands-on projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Work hybrid 3-4 days per week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and 1-2 days remote, with summer hours of 37.5-40. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, criminology or other related areas.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, criminology or other related areas
- Anticipated graduation date of May 2029 or later
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet specific deadlines
- Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must be able to work full-time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week
- Must be available to start in May 2027
- Must be able to work 3-4 days per week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and 1-2 days remote
