Internship Business Continuity Management for CITO

As a Business Continuity Management Intern, you will support the BCM4CITO team in improving the structure, quality and consistency of BCM processes and deliverables. You will help track actions, deadlines and internal updates, assist with maintaining BCM documentation (plans, procedures, overviews), and contribute to exercises, internal reviews, reporting and lessons learned. You will work in a large IT environment within Rabobank, learn how BCM is embedded across stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in coordinating day-to-day activities, documenting processes, and supporting improvements to resilience. The internship offers 32–36 hours per week, a 3–6 month duration starting September or later, and an internship allowance of EUR 600 gross per month. The program emphasizes learning by doing, supervision, and opportunities to work on small projects or research topics, with hybrid work arrangements and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
