Job Summary
Support daily operations within the production environment by observing and analyzing new or existing processes during industrialization or ramp-up phases. Help define and document process steps, work instructions, and standards while mapping Value Added and Non-Value Added activities. Investigate material flow, workplace layout, and tooling to identify improvement opportunities related to process stability, quality, throughput, and efficiency. Support the implementation and validation of production setups or process improvements that enable higher volumes. This internship combines hands-on shopfloor activities with an individual improvement project under the guidance of experienced Production Team Leads and Manufacturing Engineers.

- Associate Degree
- Bachelor student in a technical field
