Internship (6 months) - Product Adoption & Change Management Intern (F/M/X)

Job Summary
Design and produce engaging user enablement materials including e-learning modules, webinars, presentations, and knowledge base articles to support the global rollout of the ACT commission management platform. Collect and analyze user feedback to identify adoption challenges while translating new product features into clear, user-friendly documentation in collaboration with Product and Migration teams. Support the preparation and execution of product launches and migration waves across multiple countries and brands, continuously enhancing training content and the overall user onboarding experience. Work daily with international stakeholders to maintain a consistent, up-to-date knowledge base for hotels and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master's student (Business School, Engineering School or University)
- Strong interest in Product Management, Change Management, Customer Success or Digital Transformation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging learning content
- Interest in content creation and digital learning, with experience or willingness to work with tools such as PowerPoint, Rise 360, video editing software, or similar content creation platforms
- Curious, proactive, autonomous and eager to learn
