Internship 2026-2027 Masters Level Social Work Fieldwork

Internship in school-based mental health fieldwork focusing on child and adolescent psychotherapy within Baltimore-area schools. Interns will gain exposure to individual and group therapy, learn diagnostic skills with children, suicide risk assessment and crisis protocols, and coordinate with prescribers and school-based staff. Responsibilities include maintaining a small caseload of individual therapy clients, co-leading support groups, participating in clinical trainings and supervision, and coordinating care with families and school-based personnel. Training opportunities include EVOVL electronic health record usage, clinical education webinar series, and participation in grand rounds. Ideal for Master’s students in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling; bilingual Spanish skills are encouraged.
