Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans while collaborating with nurses, specialists, social workers, and families to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and participate in care conferences and family meetings. This full-time or part-time role offers a base salary of $215,000–$220,000 annually with significant bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance and loan repayment, and visa sponsorship opportunities. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Proficiency in adult medicine
