Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for diverse communities throughout Greater Boston within a sustainable practice model featuring 32 clinical hours and 8 protected administrative hours. Manage patient care using EPIC EHR with advanced clinical technology, including AVO AI chart review and Abridge medical scribing tools, while leveraging UpToDate and DynaMed for decision support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams comprising Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and behavioral health clinicians to deliver comprehensive services including on-site emergency care, pharmacy, and specialty consultations. Maintain minimal call responsibilities supported by Contact Center triage, ensuring efficient documentation and enhanced patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligible for E-Verify Program Participation
