Prepare and review licensing, distribution, and vendor contracts in Czech and English. Support the sales department on international tenders and government client negotiations. Manage legal frameworks for partner relationships, including OEM and joint venture agreements. Handle labor law and HR matters such as employment contracts and internal directives. Coordinate with external law firms domestically and internationally. Monitor legislative changes, particularly export controls, and integrate them into company processes.
