Own online leads by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing vehicle sales; build and maintain customer relationships in a fast-paced, high-energy automotive sales environment; leverage technology to respond to online inquiries about pricing and vehicle availability; participate in a commission-based pay structure with no limit on earnings; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental, life insurance, EAP, Telehealth, disability options, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and exclusive employee pricing on parts, service, and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License.
- 1-3 years of automotive sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
