Conduct internet sales activities for Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Jaguar Land Rover by communicating with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to sell new, pre-owned, and certified pre-owned vehicles. Achieve sales goals with limited direct supervision while multitasking in a process-driven environment that requires excellent written and telephone communication skills. Maintain composure under stress and uphold a professional appearance and work ethic to exceed customer expectations across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years' experience
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent client customer service and satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Must be Internet savvy with excellent written and internet communication skills
