Job Summary
The Internet Sales Consultant responds to online leads, emails, and chat inquiries; assists customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing model details, pricing, and financing options; schedules appointments and test drives; collaborates with the sales team to transition customers from online inquiries to in-dealer experiences; maintains CRM records and follows up with leads; demonstrates strong Ford product knowledge and delivers an excellent online car-buying experience.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales preferred
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen to customer needs, and provide top-tier service
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively without sacrificing attention to detail
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM software
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and work together to meet sales goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; further education is a plus
