Internet Sales Manager

Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process and build a customer network. Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades, while overseeing all other aspects of the sales department. Provide training and support to sales staff, assist in closing deals, and handle desk deals, track gross logs, and manage RDR cars. Requires a high school diploma or GED, prior automotive sales managerial experience, and strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR mandatory; Spanish speaking ability preferred.
