Job Summary
Coach Internet Sales Department staff, assist in closing sales, and actively participate in vehicle price negotiation. Appraise incoming vehicles, conduct sales meetings and trainings, and supervise the team to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Maintain the customer database, follow up on leads promptly, and comply with laws affecting vehicle sales. This role requires strong leadership skills and 1-2 years of internet sales experience. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and extended hours without advanced notice. Occasional travel to out-of-town events is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' work experience with demonstrated success in internet sales
- previous management experience preferred
- valid driver license
- good driving record
