Job Summary
Oversee and manage the Internet Sales operations for Fowler Jeep of Boulder, including supervising the internet sales team, recruiting and training staff, analyzing buying profiles of telephone and internet prospects, and running regular performance reports. Responsibilities include recording/listening to customer calls, auditing and coaching on communications (calls, texts, emails), determining contact strategies based on current marketing initiatives, reviewing performance with staff, and coordinating with other department heads. Requires experience in Internet sales or dealership-based development centers, strong organizational and leadership abilities, familiarity with dealership CRM/DMS systems, and the ability to handle high call volumes and multiple leads simultaneously. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Dealership Internet Sales/BDC experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
