Job Summary
Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar is responsible for generating and maintaining a sales pipeline from internet-generated leads, converting inquiries into sales appointments, and providing prompt communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers. Responsibilities include managing internet customer databases, coordinating with Marketing for electronic distributions, guiding customers through products, financing options, and incentives, attending sales meetings and community events, and maintaining up-to-date product and community offerings. Requires in-person attendance at company communities/offices with flexibility to work weekends; includes interaction with customers, collaboration with teams, and strong interpersonal/organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Real estate license may be required for specific locations.
