Job Summary
Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries while greeting visitors with a friendly, courteous manner. Listen to customer needs, recommend appropriate vehicle options, and set appointments to move prospects through the buying process. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, providing accurate information on pricing, availability, and incentives. Manage leads and follow-up tasks using the dealership CRM, maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Consistently meet monthly sales and appointment goals while representing Don Ringler Chevrolet with integrity.

- Strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to follow a process and manage multiple customer conversations
- A desire to work in a performance-based sales environment
- Willingness to learn new products, technology, and sales techniques
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Internet sales experience: 1 year preferred
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
